Mindfulness has become a common term in everyday life, but what does it mean? What are the effects? How can I implement it into my life? This 90 minute workshop will provide a glimpse into these questions. You learn different breathing skills that supports our daily obligations and hassles, listening activities to improve our relationships with others and ourselves, and hopefully you leave with a better sense of what makes you happy.
