Mini Dhingra created Samosa Shack, a plant based Indian street food company, after being urged by her friends and family to bring her delicious food to the market. Using Hudson Valley farm fresh seasonal ingredients, her cooking has created a following at various farmers markets, pop-ups, catered events, and cooking classes, throughout New York, and New Jersey. Today's demonstration will be Aloo Mattar Tikkis: A rustic potato cake, usually made on the streets of India. This version will be made with green peas and seasoned with a fresh cilantro chutney that we will make too. Registration required.
