In this workshop, brought to you by personal growth and wellness coach, Leigh Bochiccio, participants will explore 4 key areas of health: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Mindfulness, and the benefits of making positive changes in each of the areas. Emphasis is made on the importance of understanding ‘why’ participants want to make a change and then how they create a new habit to support it and ‘stack’ it into an existing routine.
Each participant will receive worksheets to take notes, create goals, and record and track habits. Additional handouts are available on each of the areas of focus.
